They needed to scale their sales organisation quickly, with limited internal hiring bandwidth, and secure experienced talent across mid-market, enterprise and pre-sales functions.

We worked directly with their senior leadership team to define the talent strategy, clarify the competencies needed at each level, and map the market across the UK, Europe and the US.
Our search blended targeted outreach with deep network engagement, allowing us to build and place the majority of their GTM hires, including sales leadership, AEs and pre-sales specialists. We continue to partner with them on global expansion.
