A globally recognised e-commerce SaaS platform that expanded into the UK ahead of its multi-billion-dollar IPO, with no existing regional team or brand presence.
The Challenge
They needed to establish a full commercial organisation from scratch, including AEs, marketing, operations and leadership roles, while competing for talent against established tech brands.

We built their first GTM teams, securing enterprise and mid-market AEs, marketing and ops specialists, and senior leaders. This enabled them to scale from zero UK presence to a fully operational EMEA revenue engine, supporting sustained international growth.
